Weird Portland United is hosting its second Weird Portland Gala on November 3, 2023 with live art, tarot readings, a silent auction of memorabilia from Portland’s weird past, a cast of local weird celebrities.
The gala was first held in 2019, with Bud Clark and Darcelle XV among the inaugural inductees into the Portland Weird Hall of Fame. The event is back this year with a new group of inductees and a 1980s theme. The event is a fund raiser for the non-profit Weird Portland United organization.
