So you missed the World Naked Bike Ride?
Or maybe you just need another chance to protest car culture?
Sunday, August 23, 2026 there will be another naked bike ride in Portland to protest car dominance, oil wars, and freeway expansion. This not-quite-a-full-moon ride will happen a couple of days before the full moon. A huge, bright moon will rise a couple of hours before sunset and you can join other cyclists in this “as naked as you want to be” ride.
Gather at Coe Circle (NE Glisan & NE Cesar E. Chavez Blvd.) at 7:30 PM. The ride will start at 8:00. The ride is a loop 8 to 15 miles long and expected to end by 10:00 PM. This ride was called by Past Tire, a group that has organized full moon rides for many years.
