Portland WNBR
The 2026 WNBR was held on Saturday, July 25th. The ride began at Wilshire Park, in in the Northeast Portland Beaumont-Wilshire neighborhood. The park at NE Skidmore St. & NE 33rd Avenue provided an excellent gathering spot for riders. The event was well organized and there were booths for body painting, WNBR merch, safety coordination, and more. Riders gathered in the park as early as 4:30 PM but most arrived shortly before sunset when the crowd really boomed as thousands more arrived. There was music and dancing and much joy in the air as Portlanders and numerous visitors to the city waited for the ride to begin. Signs and body paint supporting body positivity and bicyclist safety were abundant. There were also many anti-Trump and pro-immigrant rights issues highlighted.
The ride will began just after sunset.

On Saturday, August 8th there was a second naked bike ride. This one was organized by World Naked Bike Ride Portland, a spin-off of PDXWNBR (Details on the two groups here).
The August 8th WNBRPDX ride began at Oregon Park in NE Portland. Riders started gathering in the late afternoon and the ride began just after 6:00 PM. They rode to Lloyd Center, with many continuing on beyond. As expected, the number of participants was considerably less than those who rode on July 25th but there were probably 1,000 or more. Riders wore body paint with slogans highlighting social and political issues. Among the most common were anti-ICE commentaries, reduction of gas consumption, and critiques of PussyGrabber’s puppet masters’ fascist agenda.
